• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• All registration information you provide is accurate and current

2. Description of Service

LinkedIn Authority AI is an AI-powered content intelligence platform designed to help LinkedIn creators:

• Generate content in their authentic voice
• Analyze post performance and engagement
• Optimize content for the LinkedIn algorithm
• Manage content strategy and calendars
• Conduct competitive intelligence research

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per user; no shared accounts
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Security

• Maintain confidentiality of your password
• Do not share your login credentials
• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication when available

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay subscription fees

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Free Trial

• 14-day free trial available for new users
• No credit card required during trial
• Full access to plan features during trial period
• Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Billing: Monthly or annual billing cycles
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Effect: Access continues until end of current billing period
• Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee (first month only)
• No Partial Refunds: No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

4.4 Payment Processing

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate Laws: Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Abuse System: Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Spam: Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate: Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation
• Scrape Data: Use automated tools to extract platform data
• Resell: Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to copy or reverse-engineer our technology
• Share Accounts: Allow others to use your account

6. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a license to process and store your content
• You are responsible for the legality of your content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

6.2 Our Platform

• We own all rights to the platform, technology, and algorithms
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works
• These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights

6.3 Generated Content

• AI-generated content is provided "as-is"
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing
• We do not guarantee uniqueness or originality
• You assume all liability for content you publish

7. LinkedIn Data & Third-Party Services

7.1 LinkedIn Integration

• You authorize us to access your LinkedIn data as specified
• We comply with LinkedIn's API Terms of Service
• We do not post to LinkedIn without your explicit permission
• LinkedIn may revoke API access at any time

7.2 Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party terms, policies, or practices
• Third-party service availability or functionality
• Data shared with third-party services

8. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• You can export or delete your data at any time

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedIn Authority AI, CortexAIFlow, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you create or publish
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with an updated date
• Effective immediately upon posting
• Communicated via email for material changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

• Cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard
• Access continues until end of billing period
• Data will be deleted 30 days after cancellation

12.2 By Us

We may terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for 12 months
• Required by law or court order
• We discontinue the Service

12.3 Effect of Termination

• You lose access to the platform
• Outstanding fees remain due
• Certain provisions survive termination (liability, indemnification)

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
